We had several obstacles to overcome within the 1st 48 hours of moving in. High winds came through and blew over the tree in the front yard into the home and within 24 hours he already had the tree sawed down, cleaned up and house repaired where there was damage. The next day the air conditioner went out and he had a company in and worked with the owner of the home to have it replaced. Both the inside and outside units. Everything was all done within several hours. He went above and beyond to make sure he did all he could do as the manager of the property to insure the best for us. We appreciate his attention to every single detail we had and went out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure everything was how it should be for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ravi to help you with your temporary housing needs. He will do all he is capable of doing to help you with anything needed. We wouldn’t have stayed in this particular location if it wasn’t for his efforts and accommodating our every need to the best of his ability.

The house is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great to spend a few days with the family in the North Dallas area. .

We were allowed an early checkin on request. Home was as advertised and had enough space for all of us. It was clean and comfy. Would definitely book again.

This is a perfect place for our family to kick off our shoes and relax. The house felt very homey and clean, got everything that we need. Honestly the pictures just don't do this place justice. Great location! Ravi is also a very nice host and responses quickly. We are truly grateful!

We spent a long weekend with our family. Plenty of room . Home is conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. Will stay again if in the area.

The place was just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was easy to get a hold of and gave good recommendations for eateries.

Very helpful! We were definitely happy with our stay at this property. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate about the home and it was great to have a beautiful park just up the road for taking walks every day. It was nice to have a kitchen with plenty of baking and cookware because we enjoy preparing our own meals. The host was very gracious and accommodating when a major winter storm at home changed our travel plans the day before our scheduled arrival. We were so thankful that he was able to assist us on such short notice and would certainly rent this home again when we return to the area!
